Services We Provide

In addition to providing home, residential rental, and commercial inspections, Aspire Property Inspection offers sewer scope, mold/air quality testing, infrared imaging, and radon testing. Our goal is to highlight defects that may be hidden or unknown to the seller.

Residential Rental Inspections are now required as part of your rental registration packet for the City of Denver.

For more information on getting your rental property registered please visit Denver's Residential Rental website.

Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer and is estimated to be present in 1 in 15 homes. Ensuring your home meets the EPA guidelines will protect you and your family. Even if your home has a radon mitigation system, it is important to make sure the system is still functioning correctly.

Sewer Scopes can prevent costly repairs even in newly built homes. Sewer lines can be damaged by tree roots, ground shifts/settling, and other issues as a result of the construction process. Having a main line replaced/repaired can cost as much as $15,000 or more. It is highly recommended that the sewer be checked as part of your home inspection.

Mold/Air Quality can uncover mold and particulate in the home that is not visible or detectable during the inspection. Mold is caused by moisture and is considered a health hazard. Moisture and flood restoration services can be very costly and invasive if mold mitigation is needed.

Infrared Imaging is an additional tool our inspectors may use to inspect items that may not be visible. We do not charge an additinoal fee if infrared imaging is needed for your inspection.

Did You Know?

Radon testing in Colorado requires a license. HB21-1195 passed in 2021 and starting July 1, 2022 all professional radon testers are required to have a certification through the NRPP and a state license through DORA. Aspire Property Inspectors are certified and licensed to perform this important test using top of the line RadStar continuous monitors for short term testing protocols and Alpha Tracker Test Kits for long term testing protocols.

Aspire Property Inspection also offers long term testing. Please contact us for details.
